All orders are made-to-order and prepared with love and care. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your shipping info before checking out.

📦 Shipping Policy

• We currently ship within the U.S.

• Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed.

• All treats are heat-sealed and packaged in boutique-style wrapping for freshness and presentation.

• Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

• Elaine Bakes is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

❄️ Storage + Reheating

• Cookies stay fresh at room temperature for up to 7 days.

• Freeze for up to 1 month in an airtight container.

• To reheat cookies: Microwave 10–15 seconds or warm in oven at 300°F for 5 minutes.

• For cakes and other treats, storage instructions will be provided on your packaging card.
